Lil’ Firebirds (3-5 yrs)

Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:05-4:35 PM or 4:40-5:10 PM. Saturdays 10:15-10:45 AM
New Daytime Classes: 11:00-11:30 AM & Tues & Thurs 1:00-1:30 PM

This program is designed for karate students aged 3-5 years old:
basic karate movements, focus drills, and activities that allow students to learn while having fun. $80/month

Karate for Kids (Juniors)

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:15-6:00 PM or 6:05-6:50 PM. Saturdays 10:45-11:30 AM

Karate has been shown to help students do better in school. The discipline, focus and structure karate provides often gives students the skills to aid them in raising their grades and improving their behavior. Phoenix Karate believes that students with the right motivation and supportive learning environment can obtain the skills that will help them succeed in all aspects of life. The curriculum for this program includes the art of self-defense and Tae Kwon Do. $110/month

Women’s Self Defense Class

Karate is a great way to stay in shape and relieve stress. Our karate programs for adults incorporates a variety of martial arts skills. This special class for women focuses on self-defense and fitness. $12/class

Adult Karate Class

New Class: Mon & Wed 10:00-10:45 AM, 7:00-7:45 PM

Karate class for adults is a great way to stay in shape, relieve stress, and learn at the same time. Students are taught the art of self-defense and the hybrid martial arts styles of Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fun, and a Phillippino stick art. $110/month

Black Belt Class

New: 7:00-9:00 PM

For black belts who want to continue training at a high level. The class run from 7:00-9:00 PM on weekday evenings. Contact Master Phelan for more details: 610.935.3545.

Demo Team

New: Fri 7:00-8:00 PM

For the most dedicated students, Master Phelan’s Demonstration Team performs at special events around town and beyond. Team members are selected from higher-belt students and must commit to training every Friday night.
